Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive as these items are custom made to order. All custom orders are typically shipped out within approximately 5-10 business days after payment and all of the necessary personalization information is received. Please Email us if you are concerned about the timing of your order prior to placing your order and we will be happy to rush your order if your deadline is do-able. Orders are either shipped out via USPS First Class Mail, which typically takes 2-5 days or via USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes 2-3 days. International orders will be shipped using First Class International Mail or Priority International Mail.
- Can you embroider on both sides of the can or bottle coolers? + −
Yes, you can certainly have both sides of your beverage coolers embroidered. The double sided coolers are $2.00 more due to the extra time and materials.

Your satisfaction is our #1 goal. We take great pride in our work and know you will love your products. We guarantee that they will be free of any flaws or defects. Since all of our products are custom made to order, returns cannot be accepted. However, if your item was not made correctly to your specifications, or if you find a flaw in your item, please contact us via email and we will gladly replace it.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. If you have a Paypal account, you can make your payment directly through Paypal if you prefer.
We also accept personal checks, cashiers checks and money orders. Please contact us via email for our shipping address.

- Ordering Tip 1 - Large order with similar coolers + −
If you are ordering several coolers, and if it is easier for you, you can email the order details to us instead of placing the order on the website. Create a spreadsheet or document with the following information for each cooler:
1. Cooler color or print (zebra, camo, etc)
2. Cooler style (can, long neck, water bottle, coffee wrap, etc)
3. Text or Monogram
4. Text font style
5. Text color
6. Ribbon preference if desired (tied or band)
7. Bling choice if desired
8. Feather color if desired
9. Other design preferencesEmail the order to us at info@mycustomcoolers.com. We will then email you a quote within 1-2 business days. For payment, you can either call your credit card information in to us or we can email you a Paypal invoice that you can pay online with your credit card (or a Paypal account if you have one and prefer to use it). You do not need a Paypal account to pay the Paypal invoices and their website is a secure way to make a payment. Please do not send card info via email.

- Are my coolers washable? + −
Yes, all of our collapsible beverage coolers are definitely washable. We recommend hand washing them in the kitchen sink. Fill the sink half full with cool water with a little dish soap (or laundry detergent if you prefer to use that). Soak the coolers in the soapy water for about 15 minutes (or longer) and then gently wash them. Wring them out. To get most of the excess water out, you can place them on a hand towel, roll the towel up and gently squeeze. You can then put the the coolers on the counter or dish rack to dry. You can speed up the drying process with a fan or blow dryer (don’t blow dry them on hot if there are still stains on them or the hot air will set the stains). If your cooler has feathers, a blow dryer will dry and fluff up the feathers. If you get difficult to remove spots, use laundry detergent, a stain remover or a stain pen to remove the stain(s). Your coolers will look as good as new.
Please note: if your coolers have crystals (bling), please do not use hot water to wash them or a hot blow dryer to dry them. Doing so could loosen the glue and cause the crystals to fall off.
- What is the Christmas order deadline? + −
Due to a high volume of orders, our Christmas order deadline is December 10th. That gives us enough time in December to make and ship out all orders in time for Christmas. All orders placed after that date may or may not be delivered by Christmas due to a high order volume. We will process all orders in the order they are received and most orders will be delivered in the usual 2-3 week timeframe. Thank you so much for your understanding!!!
